QUALITY PROGRAMME

How every LeanBurn Drops run is tested

Last updated: July 2026

Testing is the part of this business nobody sees and everybody should ask about. The short version: LeanBurn Drops is produced in an FDA registered facility working to GMP practices, and every run is screened by an independent laboratory before we release a single bottle. The verification page publishes the result for the run currently shipping. This page explains the programme behind it.

Where it is made

Production takes place in the United States in a facility registered with the Food and Drug Administration and operating under current Good Manufacturing Practices. In plain terms, GMP covers how raw materials arrive and are quarantined, how equipment is cleaned between runs, how batch records are kept, and how finished product is held before release. Registration is not an approval or an endorsement of the product, and any company presenting it as one is overselling. It means the facility is known to the agency and subject to inspection.

What each run is screened for

  • Identity. Confirmation that each botanical is what the supplier says it is. Adulteration and substitution are the oldest problems in the botanical trade.
  • Potency of actives. Assay of the active fraction, reported for the current run as 98.9% by HPLC-DAD.
  • Heavy metals. Screening for lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury. The current run reports < 0.4 ppm.
  • Microbiology. Total plate count, yeast and mould, and specified organisms, reported within USP limits.
  • Pesticide residue. Screening on incoming botanical material.
  • Allergen and status checks. Non GMO, dairy free, gluten free, and vegetarian status.

The laboratory for the current run is Halvard Analytical Sciences, LLC, working to ISO/IEC 17025, the international standard for the competence of testing laboratories. The certificate reference is HA-26-3308.

Sourcing the botanicals

Five of the six actives are plant extracts, and plant material is only as good as the field and the supplier behind it. Each extract arrives with its own documentation, is quarantined on receipt, and is released into production only after identity confirmation. We do not switch suppliers mid run, because a run that mixes material cannot be documented as a single lot, and a lot that cannot be documented is a lot we cannot publish.

Safety information worth reading

LeanBurn Drops contains guarana and green tea, both of which contribute caffeine. Take it in the morning. Do not use it if you are pregnant or nursing. If you are under 18, taking prescription medication, managing a diagnosed condition, or scheduled for surgery, speak with your clinician first. Discontinue and seek advice if you have an adverse reaction.

Store the bottle away from direct sunlight with the cap closed. Do not use it after the date printed on the label. Keep it out of reach of children, which matters more with a liquid than with a capsule.

What testing does not tell you

A clean certificate confirms that the contents match the specification and that contaminants sit below limits. It says nothing about whether the formula will work for you, and it cannot substitute for the dose disclosure the label does not provide. We publish the screening because it is verifiable, not because it settles the efficacy question. On that question, our reviews page is more useful, and it includes the critical reviews as well as the good ones.
