Delivery, tracking and returns

Orders are picked and dispatched from our fulfillment desk in Cincinnati, OH within one business day of payment clearing. Typical delivery inside the United States is 3 to 6 business days. Orders placed at the weekend go out on the next working day.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email when the order is taken and a second email with a tracking number as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. If 48 hours pass with no tracking email, check the spam folder first, then write to orders@leanburnlab.com and we will look it up by hand.

If it arrives damaged or wrong

Photograph the parcel and the bottles before you unpack any further, then email us. Damaged, incomplete, and incorrect orders are replaced or refunded straight away, without the 30 day use condition that applies to the satisfaction guarantee. Glass in transit is not a common problem, but it is not a rare one either, and it is entirely our side to fix.

Returns

Returns run through the 60 day money back guarantee. Write to us first rather than posting anything back unannounced, because we will tell you whether a return is needed at all. There is no restocking fee. Refunds go to the original payment method, typically inside 3 to 5 business days of approval, with the final timing set by your bank.

Carriers, weekends and holidays

We use standard tracked ground services within the United States and choose the carrier by destination rather than by contract, which usually means the parcel travels the shortest route rather than the cheapest one. Orders placed after midday on a Friday are picked on Monday. Federal holidays add a day, and the two weeks around Thanksgiving and Christmas add two or three across most of the network. We do not offer overnight delivery, because a supplement you start on Thursday rather than Wednesday is not an emergency and we would rather not charge you for the illusion that it is.

Delivery addresses

We ship to residential and business addresses across the United States, including PO boxes. Check the address carefully at checkout: a parcel sent to an old address is slow and expensive to recover. If you spot a mistake within an hour of ordering, email orders@leanburnlab.com and we will usually catch it before the label prints.
